Service Period
Please let us know how we can enhance your massage experience. A one-hour massage includes 5 minutes for changing clothes, with the therapist providing 55 minutes of actual service. We are happy to adjust the pressure, focus areas, music, and more. All of our massages are professional and 100% legitimate. If at any time one of our therapists feels uncomfortable or threatened, they are authorized to end the session immediately. In such cases, you will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued.
Jewelry and Valuables
Please remove any jewelry and leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Arrival and Late Policy
Customers are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes early. A one-hour massage includes 5 minutes for changing clothes, with the therapist providing 55 minutes of actual service. We ask that customers avoid spending too much time in the room after their massage to ensure the therapist can start on time with the next client. If a customer is unfortunately late, the therapist will still finish the session at the originally scheduled end time.
Cancellations
We require you to call us on the day of your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. A valid credit card must be on file to reserve your appointment.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be used at the location where they were purchased. They are non-refundable, have no cash value, and, unless specified, do not include gratuity. Please present your gift card at the time of your appointment, or the full session amount will be due.
Member Sessions
Member sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. Sessions cannot be split for upgrades. If payment is declined, all accumulated sessions will expire, and future appointments will be canceled until updated payment information is provided. A two-day grace period will be allowed for members to update payment details.
